Services
Earthmoving
Through our extensive equipment fleet, we can move dirt for several different applications. Whether it is bulk excavating for a large commercial building or digging out for a small residential addition, Robert Simon construction can tackle any project.
Water & Sewer Main
Robert Simon Construction has been installing and repairing water and sewer main for nearly 70 years in both the private and public sectors, with jobs ranging from full road reconstructions to the installation of a new residential water and sewer service.
Custom Mobile Crushing and Screening
Through our mobile crushing plant we are able to crush a variety of aggregates with sizes ranging from ¾” to 6”+. We have the ability to crush recycled concrete, asphalt, shale, limestone and a variety of other materials. Robert Simon Construction can also service all of your topsoil screening needs.
Demolition
We have the capabilities for small to medium size building demolitions and debris removal. I.E barns, silos, residential and commercial properties.
Shoreline Erosion Control / Sea Walls
Private and public shoreline erosion control work including armor stone and sheet piles. We also have the ability to repair existing or install new sea walls and boat wells.
Culverts and Drainage
Experienced installing box culverts, steel culverts, concrete and plastic field tile as well as grading to promote proper drainage.
Commercial & Residential Fencing
Robert Simon Construction has a separate fencing division – Armor Fencing and Railing, to service all your fencing needs.
We install chain link, wooden, vinyl and iron fencing including manual and powered gates. AF&R also has the ability to install and repair guiderails.
Snow Removal
We offer snow plowing and removal services, along with salt and sand spreading.
Machine & Truck Rentals
We offer competitive industry rates on individual truck and machine rentals.
About RS Construction
Founded in 1953 by Robert Simon, RS Construction has come a long way from it’s humble beginnings with a 1930’s style chain drive dump truck and steam shovel. Robert’s journey began with smaller projects digging ponds and ditches with a dragline. He would quickly expand to become one of regions first to tackle large residential and commercial site developments projects. The company was then taken over by his sons Robert Jr and Brian, who have since built it into what it is today.
Robert Simon Construction is a family run business and we have carried on our founder’s legacy by continuing to offer the premier service our customers have come to expect. We will provide expert insight into all aspects of your project and proudly operate within a 150km radius of our home base in Waterford, Ontario.
